OBJECTIVES

• The CHIKE OKOLI FOUNDATION sets out to create a healthy and prosperous society. As part of its charter, it would support programs and activities aimed at addressing the challenges of health and entrepreneurship.
  
   
• Health may not be synonymous with wealth but the link between them is clear, direct and linear. This has never been in dispute. A healthy individual is more likely to harness the opportunities that will eventually create wealth. A wealthy individual has more access to healthcare. There may never be a truly healthy community without wealth creation and there would not be sustainable development of any significance without healthy people.
  
   
• Health is not merely the absence of disease. It is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being (WHO) It cannot be achieved in a community or state where poverty remains endemic.
  
   
• Entrepreneurship is the art of giving life to dreams; harnessing the invisible and untapped potentials of man to create enduring prosperity. It lifts the individual and his community to the higher estate of abundance.
  
   
• Poverty and disease are today the most prevalent weapons of mass destruction. The CHIKE OKOLI FOUNDATION is positioned to address these two ills.
